About Alejandra

I am a student of psychology and I practice Yoga since I was 11 years old. Take yoga courses in different centers in Colombia and Brazil. For 2 years I have been encouraging myself to give personalized classes and for 6 months I have been sharing sessions with groups that need to heal the daily stress. Yoga goes beyond a practice, it is a lifestyle that whatever your age, condition or religion, you can practice, young or old, sick or healthy, everyone can benefit from this discipline. After all, whatever place we occupy in life, we all have to breathe.

About the lesson

I rely on an integral yoga, where I integrate meditation, asanas (yoga postures) and breathing techniques with a holistic benefit, connecting the body, mind and spirit. I believe in the power of love as the only tool to heal. During the sessions I will teach you to fill your practice of consciousness and this will be your strong transformer.
