About Akinola
I am a passionate educator with a background in Computer Science, a love for Mathematics, and Music, driven by a genuine desire to help young people grow in confidence, skill, and character. With experience in digital training, youth development, and structured learning environments, I bring both technical knowledge and a patient, encouraging approach to teaching. I also carry an updated enhanced DBS check as well.
I want to teach because I believe education changes lives. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple, practical steps and seeing students move from confusion to clarity. Teaching allows me to combine my love for technology, creativity, and mentoring while making a real impact—especially in helping young learners discover their potential, build confidence, and develop skills that will serve them long-term.

I am an engaging and adaptable tutor with a background in Computer Science, Data Analytics, and Music, using interactive, step-by-step, and practical teaching methods that simplify complex topics and build confidence.
My lessons are learner-centred, incorporating real-life examples, visual aids, guided practice, and continuous feedback to suit each student’s pace and learning style.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes (with 30–45 minutes for younger learners or 90–120 minutes for exam preparation).
I hold a BSc in Computer Science, am pursuing an MSc in Data Science, and have over four years’ experience in IT, digital training, youth education, and music instruction.
My lessons are designed for children and teenagers (ages 7–18), from beginner to intermediate level, including students who need structured support, skill development, or exam preparation in tech-related subjects and music.
