About Lipsa
Hello! I’m Lipsa, a Computer Science graduate from NIT Jamshedpur and a Software Engineer with a strong academic and professional background.
I enjoy teaching and helping students become more confident in English. I believe learning a language should be practical, interactive, and enjoyable rather than focused only on memorizing rules.

My teaching approach is friendly, patient, and personalized to each student's learning level and goals. I focus on making English easy and practical rather than relying only on memorization.
A typical class begins with a short conversation or review of the previous lesson, followed by the main topic. Depending on the student's needs, we work on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, or spoken English. I use practical examples, conversations, exercises, and real-life situations to help students apply what they learn. Each class ends with a quick recap and practice suggestions.
My strength as a teacher is my ability to explain concepts clearly and create a comfortable environment where students can ask questions without hesitation. I also adapt the pace and teaching style according to each student's strengths and areas for improvement.
My classes are suitable for school and college students, beginners, and adults who want to improve their English, spoken communication, grammar, vocabulary, or overall confidence in using English.
