About Yousra
I am a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional with over 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing. I have worked with major clients like BestBuy, AT&T, and DIRECTV during my tenure at IBEX Global, where I scripted over 500 test cases, improving test coverage by 20%. I specialize in manual testing, test planning, and defect tracking while also having hands-on experience with tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JIRA, Postman, and SQL. I hold certifications in ISTQB, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC), ensuring a strong understanding of testing methodologies and Agile development practices. Apart from software testing, I am passionate about teaching computer science concepts, IT fundamentals, and software quality assurance. My lessons are tailored for beginners and professionals, focusing on real-world applications, hands-on exercises, and interactive learning. Whether you want to learn basic computer skills, software testing, or automation frameworks, I am here to guide you step by step.
