About Tom
Hi, I'm Tom.
I'm a University of Sussex Computer Science graduate (2:1), currently working as a Support Developer in the aviation industry, with past experience as a Data Analyst at EQUANS. So yes, I've spent years staring at screens, debugging code, and talking to people about tech—and somehow, I still have my sanity (mostly).
Across these roles, I've developed strong skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and technical communication—helping both customers and colleagues get the most out of their systems. My academic background includes hands-on projects like building an automated content creation bot, developing a cooperative digital board game, and working with web 3D development. I'm experienced in Python, Java, SQL, and more.
But here's the thing: I also know that staring at a wall of code can be intimidating. I've been there. So my approach is simple—I break things down, keep it relaxed, and actually make it make sense. No judgement, no pressure, just patient teaching with the occasional bad joke to keep things interesting.
