About Niecey
Level 2 gymnastics coach who specialises in strength, conditioning and Flexibility. Coaching for over 18 years, I started out as a junior coach and continued to grow in knowledge. Having experience as a chef I also understand nutrition and balance. I have trained children the age of 4 onwards which helped them to become exceptional gymnasts, dancers, acrobats and swimmers.

Niecey taught my friends and I (age 40+) for 2 years. We came to her overweight, out of shape, insecure and stressed. Not only did Niecey help us shed the weight and tone our bodies but she also improved our confidence. My friends and I know show off our confidence on holidays and evenings out. Niecey now coaches my daughter in gymnastics and my son in body building. And to too it off Nieceys prices are the best. She offers group discounts and loyalty discounts. Perfect for us.
Niecey is a fun, energetic coach who always has time for gymnasts.
