About Nella

Hello! I’m a French tutor with a BA in French (Business and Diplomacy) and more than 4 years of experience. I help students overcome the challenges of French history and political science. My lessons simplify complex events, terminology, and ideological frameworks. I use a creative approach that makes learning both informative and enjoyable. I believe in turning heavy academic content into interactive discussion. My students learn how to write with precision, structure, and confidence. I’m deeply inspired by France’s historical leaders, revolutions, and thinkers. I love connecting their ideas to modern-day politics and diplomacy. Each class blends historical insight with language development. I adapt lessons to every student’s strengths and academic goals. Whether you’re preparing for exams or essays, I’ll guide you step by step. Learning history in French can be both clear and captivating. Let’s make understanding the past your new strength.

About the lesson

I teach French through connection — to culture, to history, and to personal expression. My methodology emphasizes speaking and understanding, not just memorization. We use art and history as a foundation for meaningful communication. Students learn to describe visual details, discuss symbolism, and express emotion. I focus on vocabulary that builds depth and precision. For travelers, I prepare you to engage with locals and museums confidently. For heritage learners, I guide you in rediscovering identity through language. Each session blends listening, speaking, and reading activities. We explore artists, revolutions, and monuments through conversation. I correct pronunciation and help shape natural, rhythmic speech. Lessons are creative, flexible, and rich with context. My goal is to make French feel alive and relevant. Together, we’ll explore France’s heritage — one story, one sentence at a time.
