Claire's response
My first lesson with Ryan was lovely. He has a high level of English and is just in need of some practice and a few small adjustments. I look forward to our next lesson in a week. Thanks for giving me a chance, Ryan :)

Claire is a very dedicated meditation practitioner and teacher. Since I have known her (about 5 years), meditation has always been a central part of her life. Claire has travelled the world to study with spiritual teachers and is fully dedicated to a spiritual path. Unlike many others, as a meditation teacher, what she has to share comes from this direct, lived experience.
