About Christy

I have been an English Instructor for four years. I moved to Japan in 2016 and began my career in English Education there. For the three years that I was living there, I taught students from all kinds of backgrounds and topics. I have experience teaching adults, high school students, and even children under the age of 5.

About the lesson

My lessons can be tailored towards any topic or area (eg. Business English, Travel English), but I have been extremely successful in helping students achieve better day to day conversational English. My teaching method involves getting to know how YOU learn best and adapting the lesson to suit you. One of my most popular methods involves reading articles together and having a productive debate regarding these topics.

Christy is an established professional who has over 6-year's in the educational field. Not only is she a top-class teacher, but you won't find the level of care and detail in your English learning journey anywhere else.

Christy has taught a range of student's from all types of backgrounds and professions, she truly caters to your needs as a student and you will see exponential growth and improvement in both the short and long-term.

I myself have personally worked with her in Japan for 3-years, and have seen her work first-hand. She truly cares about every lesson she teaches, and customises her teaching style to accommodate your needs and level.

From a first time learner to a veteran English student, I cannot recommend anyone else more highly than Christy.
