About Nikita
Others have always had an interest in what I have been cooking or baking. I have given recipes and lessons to family and friends in the past. I love to share my new recipes with others and have been told my brownies are one of a kind. I've had experience of cooking single portions for my self whilst at uni, as well as cooking for larger groups.

My teaching method is to break everything down into steps. Some people find trying out and cooking new recipes daunting so I like to show people that it's easy when you split the sum of recipe into parts. I want to show you that cooking is fun!
