About Sara
I hold an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology and work as a practising Consultant Psychologist.
I am patient, empathetic, responsible, and able to communicate clearly in Tamil and English. I believe children learn best in a calm, encouraging, and structured environment, where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I focus on building confidence, discipline, good communication, and a positive attitude towards learning.

My counselling sessions provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about what you are going through. In the first session, I take time to understand your concerns, personal experiences, emotional needs, and goals for counselling. Together, we work at a comfortable pace using practical, evidence-informed strategies to help you manage stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, grief, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I believe therapy should feel supportive and collaborative, not intimidating. With an empathetic, patient, and structured approach, I aim to help you understand your emotions, develop healthier coping skills, build confidence, and move towards meaningful, lasting change.
