I have been practicing Crossfit since I was 16 years old, I was looking for a sport in which I was against myself in an explosive duel, over time I was improving in strength and endurance to feel safe to compete in events. Excelente! Siempre tiene ejercicios y rutinas diferentes! Se adapta a tu nivel desde principiante (que apenas quieres empezar a hacer ejercicio) hasta avanzado (alguien con experiencia haciendo ejercicio) y te ayuda a mejorar tu condición fisica, subir de nivel, mejorar tu resistencia y si no tienes ni nada de equipo en casa el siempre tiene opciones para usar lo que tengas en casa.
Super recomendado!Excelente coach! Muy dedicado y comprometido con sus alumnos, aparte de ser muy buena persona. Te enseña y corrige posturas para no lastimarte, aparte de exigir lo justo. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.
