About Leslie
I have steered several university students through their college writing assignments. These students have all received minimum grades of A to B on these writing assignments. In addition to university students, I established a writing center in the middle school in which my son was enrolled and was the primary tutor staffing the center. That being said, I am comfortable working with all levels of writing talent and educational level.
I feel that I have an excellent sense of what students need and find a way to communicate and connect with them.

You don’t have to hate your writing assignments…I can help. Working together we can find a way that writing becomes an outlet for you and you may actually begin to look forward to it. All levels welcome!
We will start with you providing a writing sample in order to determine your tutoring needs. Each individual will obviously have different needs so it’s difficult to establish a set lesson plan. However, I like to move at a student’s pace with enough encouragement to allow them to learn and have the desire to practice and improve.
