I aim to assess what each tutee needs, i.e if they prefer a more visual style of tutoring, practice work or more question and answer styles.
Past paper questions as well as worked examples are key in my style of tutoring and are evidence based methods that will propelmy tutees forward to feel comfortable in the world of numbers

I've really enjoyed being tutored by James and would highly recommend him to other students. He explains concepts clearly and patiently, and adapts his teaching approach to make sure I understand different concepts. His teaching has made difficult topics more manageable and has given me more confidence in maths.
