About Tarlan
I want to be clear about the fact that I am an 18-year-old first-year student, so I don't have any degrees yet, however I have been tutoring for a bit over 2 years, specializing in English, Math and Biology. I believe that my experience is very valuable and that my age can help better connect with my students to improve their motivation and attitude towards learning. I have been working at volunteering organizations, done private tutoring and did trainings and part-time at education centers, thus, through working with all kinds of clients, I found ways of communicating with all of them effectively

I use a USSR methodic of teaching that I learned from my high school math teacher. She is a highly qualified tutor who helped many students with achieving their goals, be it understanding hard topics or winning math competitions. The method relies on frequent repetition and formative assessments. By consolidating multiple topics into hard tasks or exams, they can be easily and quickly repeated, and done by the students themselves. Furthermore, the frequency of repetition of covered topics decreases with each lesson to not overload the student and to help focus on the next topic, but at least some amount of active recall is maintained
