I am a current law student, and hold a bachelor's degree in Political Science form McGill University. I have been tutoring for over eight years, and truly enjoy connecting with students and seeing them grasp a concept or idea. As both an in-person and online tutor for over eight years, my teaching philosophy focuses on ensuring students master each element of the material before moving onto the next. This allows students to truly see the "big picture" in the subject they are studying and understand how each element is connected.
A typical lesson plan will depend on the subject requested by the student, however, I try to begin with an explanation of the topic, asking a few leading questions to evaluate where the student is, and, of course, practice questions! :)
