About Freya
I'm currently an A-Level student studying English literature, French and philosophy. With a big passion for languages, I'm hoping to apply my passion and help many students to learn, understand and apply French to achieve a good grade in French GCSE.

As a current A-Level student, teaching French has two benefits; 1) helping the student to excel in their French GCSE with personalised help for their gain and 2) to help excel my own understanding of teaching a language to other people. To be able to achieve a good grade in French GCSE is a useful skill that you can apply to many situations if taught correctly, and in a way that suits your learning style - this is something I strive to provide. In the introductory lesson, we will outline strengths and weaknesses - I will further create a devised lesson-by-lesson plan that will help to target the students' weaknesses to improve on them. (e.g, one lesson may be reading comprehension, and the next several may be writing/grammar etc).

Freya improved my confidence in class and my exams , she is a brilliant teacher and very patient. She widened my knowledge and helped with my exam techniques which led to my practice papers progressively getting better . my grade went from a 6-8 in only a month
Freya is an excellent tutor who has helped me in my GCSE English Literature and Language exams. Freya's teaching style allowed me to truly understand and adapt to questions and with the help of her clear communication skills and her helpful exam techniques I was able to jump from a grade 4 to a grade 7 in both literature and language in 1 month!
