About Jessie
I have been teaching for 4 years at the middle school level in both social studies and literacy. I have designed and implemented curriculum and lessons for all of the classic middle grade novels, such as The Outsiders, The Hunger Games, and more. Throughout my time as an educator, I have also specialized in assisting students with diverse abilities, such as reading disabilities, as well as students who are learning English as a second language.
