About Aashika
I pursued my undergraduate and master's degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology. I have a strong background in Maths and Biology. I am currently wrapping up my DPhil (PhD) in Genetics at the University of Oxford. During my DPhil, I have been studying cancer genetics and signal transduction. I will be starting my Postdoctoral research assistantship in the Barts Cancer Institute in London next January.

I will base my classes on the needs of the students. I will spend the first class trying to understand what the student is hoping to learn from this class. Each class will be divided into the following aims and will revolve on particular topic:
-- Understanding basic concepts necessary the topic
-- Examples of the use cases of the concept
-- One or two application based home work questions (primarily aimed to get a better sense of the topic being discussed)
I will structure each class around one topic- the first half of the class will be focused on discussing the concepts of the topic and the second half of the class would aim
