About Sonia
I am currently an undergraduate student at Vanderbilt University. I am a sociology major on the pre-law track, which means I am preparing to go to law school after graduating from college. I also minor in French and Korean studies, both of which I only started formal studies after entering college! Given my major course of study, I am constantly exposed to lots of reading and writing in my own academic career as well. That would also be why I will make an excellent English tutor for you!

I can tutor English from school or test prep materials (SAT, etc.) of the level of high school and below! Because I have English/ESL tutoring experience since high school, I am very good at grasping each individual student’s learning type and develop specific teaching pace for each different student. I am also very good at explaining complex matters in simple and easy-to-understand terms, as I have learned through my personal experience, that is always the best way to learn things.
