I am currently a degree apprentice studying at University of The Built Environment | GCSE Geography Tutor Grade 8 and A level achieved in geography. I love teaching, and hope to prepare students for

I would highly recommend Amara, who is someone incredibly supportive, patient, and dedicated to helping others. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to explain things clearly and make sure that the person she is helping genuinely understands the topic, rather than simply memorising an answer. She is excellent at breaking down difficult concepts and explaining them in a way that feels much easier to understand.
If I ever struggled to understand something, she would never make me feel embarrassed or frustrated. Instead, she would take the time to break the topic down even further into smaller, more manageable chunks. This made revising feel much less overwhelming and helped me build my understanding step by step. She also has a great way of making revision more memorable by using different explanations, examples, and ways of thinking about a topic, which made it much easier for me to remember information later on.

She is also an excellent listener and speaker. She genuinely listens to what others have to say and takes the time to understand what they are struggling with before offering help. At the same time, she communicates her ideas confidently and clearly, making her someone who is very easy to learn from.

What stands out most about her is how willing she is to help others. She is always there when someone needs support, whether that means explaining something for the fifth time, helping someone revise, or simply being there to listen. She is patient, encouraging, and never makes anyone feel like they are a burden for asking for help.

Overall, she is someone who genuinely wants to see others succeed.

I know Amara from school, where we would always study together and she would help me out with grasping topics I didn’t understand. Amara is an amazing tutor as she is patient and explains things in a way that makes them easy to understand and actually allows you to learn. I would highly recommend her as a tutor because I know how much she helped me when I was struggling a lot in preparation for exams! 5 stars.
