As a math tutor, I focus on breaking down complex concepts into smaller, manageable parts. I use real-life examples to relate abstract ideas, ensuring students understand the "why" behind the math. My approach includes interactive problem-solving, and encouraging students to ask questions. A typical lesson starts with a review of prior knowledge, followed by guided practice on new concepts. I then give independent exercises for mastery. What sets me apart is my patience, adaptability, and passion for making math relatable, and fostering confidence in my students as they progress.
