Primarily the approach will be teaching- learning. Both of us should be able to teach and learn by ourselves. Like going into a discourse. Sometimes you'll learn sometimes I'll learn. Tbh I don't believe in taking exams. What I do believe is that the student should learn and to realise the lesson through his/her/ their own life experiences and perceptions also make themselves able to teach that particular lessons to others.
