Being raised in an environment where I was disadvantaged [educationally], I had to beat the odds. I had to be self-taught when it comes to my academic subjects. Coming from that place, I am equipped for any situation that is being presented to me. I do cater to unique students and learn about their learning styles because each one of them presents different learning styles. But what I have taught myself is to be patient and uplift my students.
