About Emma
I would love to teach because I am passionate about not only English but seeing my students progress. I have been instructing karate to both younger children and adults for 2 years now. My favourite part of mentoring has always been seeing when my students have achieved their goals. Recently , I got the privilege of helping to award a very hard working student their purple belt.
I have also just finished my GCSEs. This means I know and understand the specification well. I also can teach a range of subjects including: biology, history, maths , health & social care ,drama and sport science. Across my GSCEs I achieved : 6 , 7, 7 , 8 , 8 ,8 , L2D , L2D* and another L2D*.
I have also tutored my younger sister when she sat her SATs exams , so I understand the layout of papers and how to answer the questions correctly.

Following this I will plan how we will achieve these goals together!
My promise is to teach in a student-focused way , making sure that the style of learning is being adapted to you. Therefore making the lessons not only progressive but also fun.
With me , tutoring does not have to be based on just class work but we can also explore it a step further. To make sure your knowledge is expanded on.
