Hi, I’m Rehan. I work in US healthcare customer support and take live calls from American clients every day regarding their benefits, claims and accounts. I help people improve their spoken English specifically for BPO and customer support interviews, and I also teach practical Excel. I help you improve spoken English specifically for BPO and Customer Support jobs, and I also teach practical Excel that is used in real offices.
In spoken English sessions we focus on:
• Clear pronunciation and confidence on calls
• How to handle customer questions politely and professionally
• Common phrases used in US client calls
• Mock interviews and live call practice
In Excel sessions we cover:
• Basic to intermediate formulas
• Data cleaning and organizing
• Simple reports and tables that companies actually ask for
Every class is 1-to-1 online (Zoom or Google Meet). I adjust the pace according to your level.
2. Teaching method
My method is simple and practical.
1. First I understand your current level and goal (interview, job, or office work).
2. We practice with real examples from my daily work (US healthcare customer calls).
3. You speak more than I speak. I correct you immediately and show better ways.
4. For Excel I share my screen and we do the work together so you learn by doing.
5. At the end of every session I give you small practice tasks.
No long theory. Only what you can use the next day.
