About Jonathan
Hi I’m Roze, I have been training for 3 years now. I am well-versed in mobility, resistance, balance, strength and endurance training. Im great at giving healthy nutritional recommendations.
It’s my job to make sure your knowledgeable of the muscle groups you’re working on and the things you should be doing on your own until you don’t need me anymore. 🥲
I am NCCA Certified with ISSA and I am currently a trainer at the YMCA.
