About Edmond
Spending 13 years performing in Boston orchestras shaped how I hear music. You will find that my approach emphasizes careful listening above all other technical skills. My training from the Curtis Institute of Music informs every technical adjustment I suggest during our time together.
Over the last 9 years, I have helped many students refine their playing. We examine your posture and hold before moving into the complexities of double stops and vibrato. My focus remains on music theory and shifting positions to ensure your classical repertoire sounds polished.

Silence is the most important part of our practice. You should expect a quiet environment where we drill the Ivan Galamian scale system as a daily requirement.
These 3-octave scales and arpeggios serve as the backbone for your progress. Drills. We utilize my 9 years of orchestral work to ensure your intonation remains consistent. You will work through 8.0 level repertoire while maintaining the discipline required for professional orchestral standards.
