About Nastya
I am working as a sports coach and pole dance coach for 5 years. I am the winner of several Russian competitions. I have 17 years of dance experience and considerable experience in muscle training and stretching. Currently I am dedicated to aerial gymnastics, dance and sports training.

Anastasia is an excellent and versatile teacher. I can see your level of professionalism and ability to work with children.
I take drawing lessons for my 9 year old daughter. She really enjoys it. I have noticed that she has become more interested in art and handicrafts!I'm happy I met you! In my gymnastics class, Anastasia noticed that my back had an irregular curve and advised me to see a doctor. I took her advice. Turns out I had a pinched spine! Now I have no problems.
