About Kristine
Hi, my name is Kristine Crable, a Deaf ASL educator and lifelong ASL user since age three. I graduated from CSULB and have teaching experience at Fullerton College and Mt. SAC, as well as previous ASL tutoring experience at CSULB.
My goal is to create a supportive and comfortable environment where students can learn, build confidence, connect with Deaf culture, and just have fun! I welcome students of all levels, including parents and families of Deaf children.

I use a practical, interactive, and student-centered approach to teaching ASL. Lessons are tailored to each student’s level, goals, and learning style. A typical lesson includes vocabulary, signs, sentence structure, conversation practice, and real-life situations.
As a Deaf ASL educator, I bring lifelong experience using ASL and a strong understanding of Deaf culture. I welcome beginners, college students, and parents or families of Deaf children who want to build confidence communicating in ASL.
I look forward to helping you enjoy learning ASL and becoming a confident signer!
