In my teaching, I focus on using diverse teaching methods in order to deliver motivating and inspiring teaching. I aim to tailor the classes according to your needs and learning styles as each person has her or his own way to learn a language. As I am a language learner myself (I studied Italian for my A-Levels, started to learn Arabic when I was at University and I engaged myself in learning Hungarian during the two years I spent in the country), I know also „the other side“ and I understand that it can be frustrating at times when it feels like you are not making any progress, but also how rewarding and fun it can be to delve into a different language and culture.

Cornelia is a great tutor; very knowledgeable and easy to get on with. My confidence in the German language has improved by leaps and bounds since I first started in 2020. I always come away from a lesson having learned something and also having laughed as well. I totally recommend Cornelia!
Cornelia is a wonderful tutor and helped me get a 9 (high A*) in my IGCSE. She was patient and thorough with extensive knowledge, which helped transform German from my worst of 13 subjects to one of my highest-scoring. Thank you so much!
I had the pleasure of co-teaching with Cornelia for several years, so I have first hand experience of her teaching. She is a very versatile tutor, attuned to the specific needs of her students. The teaching materials she produces are excellent, capturing the students interest. Cornelia has considerable experience teaching both face to face and online; adapting to the requirements of her students and of the course. She has worked with children, teens and adults, both one on one and in groups. I recommend her highly as she is an outstanding teacher with a genuine passion for her subject!
