Learners are prone to absorb more when they are more involved in the lesson more than a lecture. I work with the learners to draw the information they have no idea they have and build on to an effective lesson where both myself and the learners participate right through. It is best when most of the information comes from them that we can work together using this information for a result oriented learning. Moreover getting creative over and above brings most interest into the learning atmosphere. Application of their knowledge in more creative ways is an approach I use to engage learners in, to create the most effective learning. Learners are highly creative and have an ability of building, making and creating things from scratch. Their creativity spinned onto their learning has a capability of bringing forth the best results ever. Guidance, monitoring and encouragement throughout their learning encompasses quality and meaningful learning.
