About Alba

I am a 29-year-old Spanish educator from Madrid with extensive experience teaching in diverse settings. My journey has taken me from schools and institutes in the Caribbean to a university in the United States, and now to various language academies in both Spain and England. I want to teach because I believe in the transformative power of language. It opens doors not only to new cultures but also to new opportunities. My teaching philosophy centers around creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable to explore and express themselves. I aim to connect cultural elements with language learning to keep it vibrant and enjoyable.

About the lesson

In my tutoring sessions, I blend cultural aspects to create meaningful connections for my students. By incorporating fresh and exciting methods, I aim to make theory enjoyable and relevant. The focus is on enjoying the learning process while practicing the languages effectively. Together, we’ll explore real-life scenarios, interactive activities, and cultural insights that make language learning engaging and fun!

Learning with Alba has been great because she doesn’t just teach like a tutor - she’s more like a friend guiding you. The lessons are always enjoyable, she explains things simply, and she makes you feel confident speaking Spanish. I’d recommend her to anyone wanting a friendly and amazing teacher.
