About Lindsay

I have been following a healthy lifestyle (including eating) for over 30 years.

Part of my healthy lifestyle fundamentals includes deep diaphragmatic breathing which has assisted me to achieve the following benefits:

- Inducing a calm mind to reduce the "chattering monkey"
- Alleviate anxiety and negative emotions
- Increasing oxygen in the body and brain
- Detox and expel damaging toxins to cleanse and rejuvenate
- Strengthen the immune system
- Increase Cardio Vascular capacity and strengthen lungs
- Muscle relaxation

I am able to assist beginners that want to embrace a mindful lifestyle or taking their first steps to more meditative practices.

I offer a hands-on fun approach that teaches the fundamentals of a healthy eating lifestyle.

I have been teaching for 5 years and am proud to have assisted many students to rethink their eating options and embrace a healthier lifestyle.

About the lesson

Having learned various methods of deep breathing I offer a refreshing and empowering method that removes obstacles to achieving your personal POINT OF PEACE, calm and tranquillity.

Special clothing and equipment are NOT required.

The lesson can be undertaken sitting in an upright chair or alternatively on the floor or mat.
