About Shayan
I'm a Dentistry student with a strong interest in Biology, science and learning. Outside university, I train and compete in sport, so I value discipline, consistency and improvement through regular practice.
I enjoy helping people understand topics that initially feel difficult, and I try to make lessons relaxed, clear and easy to ask questions in. I know from my own studies how much difference the right explanation and good exam technique can make.
I’m organised, patient and approachable, and I want students to leave each lesson feeling more confident about both the Biology itself and how to answer exam questions effectively.

I teach Pearson Edexcel GCSE Biology through structured, exam-focused online lessons. I break difficult topics down into clear steps, check understanding throughout, and use exam-style questions to make sure students can apply what they learn.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and include retrieval practice, clear teaching, exam technique, guided questions and independent practice. I also track weak areas so future lessons can focus on what will improve the student’s grade most.
I’m currently studying Dentistry at university, so I have a strong science background and understand how important active recall, exam technique and consistent practice are.
My lessons are aimed at GCSE students of any ability, whether they are struggling with Biology, aiming to move up a grade, or targeting the highest marks.
