About Zuzanna
Who am I? • 23 years old, 3 years of gym experience • Type 1 diabetic with a focus on nutrition, low-carb meals, and blood sugar management • Speak English, Polish, Spanish, French, and basic Chinese I’ve been going to the gym for 3 years and have seen incredible results, both in strength and physique. Initially, I started my fitness journey just to lose weight and tone my body. But over time, my view completely shifted as I discovered the power of my body and how much strength I gained, especially in my first year. It inspired me to train for athletic purposes, and now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same! With my extroverted personality, I love working with people and creating a comfortable, community-like atmosphere. Our relationship will be more like a friendly partnership, where you can always reach out for guidance and support. I’ll send videos on correct exercise techniques and provide continuous feedback to ensure your progress is on track. My lessons are for everyone – whether you’re just starting out or have some experience in the gym. I’m especially focused on helping those who want to build strength, improve overall athleticism, or manage their fitness as a diabetic. Let’s make fitness a fun and rewarding part of your life!
