About Miriam

About Me I am an experienced Montessori teacher with more than 15 years working with children holding a qualification in Montessori Education (3-6 years) and Early Childhood Development diploma. Patience and passion in nurturing young minds comes natural for me. I would say that my teaching approach is based on patience, understanding and love of teaching, which fosters a possibility for children to be nurtured appropriately. About the lesson

I am a bilingual Montessori teacher, proficient in English and Zulu, offering a unique ability to connect with a diverse range of students. My lessons are created to cater to children aged 3 to 6 years, focusing on foundational skills, and I provide additional help for 7 to 9-year-olds who may need help catching up. My lessons are hands-on. I use interactive, child-focused materials to make abstract concepts tangible and easy to understand. Each child is unique and therefore the lessons are individualized to encourage confidence and independence. Because I am multi-lingual, I take advantage of that to bridge any language gaps, enhancing comprehension.
