About Aloïs

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and History, as well as a Master’s in International Relations with a focus on heritage preservation. Passionate about philosophy and the human story, I bring a multidimensional perspective to teaching, connecting historical knowledge, artistic insight, and contemporary issues. My academic background allows me to explore the intersections between art, society, and culture, helping students develop a deeper understanding of both the past and its impact on our world today.

About the lesson

Discover history and art as a window into human thought, society, and contemporary challenges. I guide high school students through civilizations from the earliest cultures to the present day, exploring masterpieces, artistic movements, and the stories behind them. My approach emphasizes the connections between historical developments, art, and the human psyche, helping students understand both the past and its relevance to the world today. Through interactive and personalized lessons, students develop knowledge, critical thinking, and a deeper appreciation for art and humanity.

Aloïs is a superb Art History tutor. They don't just know the facts; they teach you how to analyze and structure arguments, which was exactly what I needed for essay writing. Highly recommended for students needing both skills and reassurance.
