About Echo
While receiving my bachelor's degree in Theater Arts, I discovered the joy of hoop dance, and found not only an incredible outlet, but also a healing and transformational journey in the world of flow arts. A lifelong dancer, I have also been a practicing yogi for 10 years, which has given me a deep appreciation for the connection between mind and body. I believe that creative movement is an incredibly potent tool for self-healing as well as storytelling, and it is my greatest joy to share this with you!

With a focus on mindfulness and the joy of PLAY, I will teach you basic foundational skills and moves as well as coach your techniques and guide you to develop your own creative "voice" through movement.
