A typical lesson will start by identifying subject areas which seem difficult to you at first and then working at it at a pace which you are comfortable with. I like teaching difficult subjects on a step-by-step manner. The same way you would teach a child, because if you can understand the subject simplified, you can much more easily understand the complicities after.
I like doing practical exercises together, because if you can practice something, you can surely understand and reciprocate it.
