About Stephanie
Hi, my name is Stephanie!
I am a graduate of Biological Sciences from the University of Lancaster and completed my Graduate Entry Medicine at the University of St Andrews, qualifying as a doctor in 2023. I am currently working in London in speciality training, and having benefited greatly from dedicated teaching throughout my own academic journey, I firmly believe that every student has the potential to thrive with the right support and guidance.
At A-level, I achieved A grades across Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Sociology — a broad combination that reflects both my scientific rigour and my ability to think analytically across disciplines. My undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences gave me a deep and thorough grounding in the subject, before I went on to successfully secure a place on a competitive Graduate Entry Medicine programme — a process that demands exceptional academic ability and commitment.
I am passionate about Biology and love finding ways to make complex concepts feel accessible and engaging. I aim to bring that enthusiasm into every session I teach.
Tuition with me would begin with an onboarding meeting to discuss your goals, current level, and areas of focus — this is a vital first step in making our sessions as effective as possible. From there, I will guide you through the content systematically, topic by topic, consolidating your understanding along the way with targeted past paper questions and exam technique practice.
I look forward to supporting your academic journey and helping you reach your full potential! I am also particularly well-placed to offer guidance for students aspiring to apply for Medicine or graduate entry programmes.

Stephanie tutored me for my interview for the ScotGem programme (St Andrew's and Dundee Graduate Entry Medicine Programme). She created a really encouraging and inspiring environment in our classes, and I felt really confident not only in myself but also as an interviewee. I believe Stephanie has a special talent to foster motivation and allow students to become the best version of themselves! I would highly recommend Stephanie as a tutor for the excellent tips and guidance that she provided. Because of her, I felt more confident in how to approach potential questions that I would be asked! As a result, I received an offer for ScotGem and could not have done it without Stephanie!
Stephanie was an incredible tutor and genuinely made a huge difference to my progress. When I first started working with her, I was around a grade 6 in maths, but with her support, clear explanations, and patience, I was able to achieve a grade 9.
She has a great way of breaking down difficult topics so they actually make sense, and she always made me feel comfortable asking questions. Her lessons are really well structured, focused, and she really helped build my confidence.
She always made sure to go the extra mile to make sure you understand everything.
I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to improve their maths and gain confidence, she’s honestly one of the best tutors I’ve had.View more recommendations
