About Felicia
I'm Felicia Thomas Phelps, a dedicated educator with nearly 21 years of comprehensive experience in adult education. Currently pursuing my Doctorate in Education Leadership with a perfect 4.0 GPA, I bring both academic excellence and real-world teaching expertise to every tutoring session. My career has spanned from classroom instruction to site management to my current role as Grant Program Support Coordinator for the Technical College System of Georgia, where I serve as lead trainer for statewide adult education professional development initiatives.
