About VANESA
I have been training flexibility for several years but it was never easy, I am not naturally flexible! But recently, I discovered the Range Of Motion improvement method. I fell in love with that way of work and did (and still do) certifications so I can teach classes and help other people too. Thanks to this way of training, I have achieved remarkable improvements and you can do it too!

Entrenamientos súper amenos, divertidos, nada monótonos. Muy recomendable!!
I would highly recommend Vanesa if you looking for a fun and truly fun experience in a workout. Her knowledge and ability to adapt to an individuals‘ style and needs for motivation keeps a person going! Thanks Vanes!!
Un gusto hacer clases con ellaGreat trainer; she makes sure to keep the class engaged & interested with her varied routines. Supportive, ready to help & with good humor.
