About Connie
Having studied BSc Geography at Undergrad level, I'm currently a Masters by Research student at Durham University. I love my subject and enjoy helping young geographers gain confidence in their own abilities. With the right help, even the hardest questions can be cracked! I have previously tutored school students of ages between 11 and 17, and currently work as a tutor and demonstrator for Undergraduates in the department at Durham.

My lessons are focussed on the individual and use a range of learning techniques. We'll first take a look at what you'd like to cover and would benefit from the most. Based on this, I'll form a flexible plan to address these key areas of the course, as well as developing essay and exam technique. Although there are parts of Geography at all levels which can seem challenging, we can start with the basics and develop your understanding with different approaches and case studies. Teaching methods will be tailored to your own learning style, and we'll always work at a pace that you find comfortable. Importantly, I hope that you enjoy the sessions and have that lightbulb moment!
