About Andrea
This practice changed my life, both physically and mentally. It gave me the balance I needed.
Since I met Ashtanga my struggles to force myself to go to the gym disappeared or my failed attempts to meditate.
From the first class I was able to experience everything that this practice meant and could bring me at all levels.

I like to convey a vision of integral yoga in which mind and body converge to achieve that meditative state.
Ashtanga Yoga is very dynamic in style and easily adaptable to any person, age and physical condition.
It can become your main physical activity as it provides strength, endurance and flexibility.
At the same time, a focused and present mind is achieved throughout the practice.
