About Mandy
Hi, I'm Mandy — an Early Childhood Educator based in Nelson, BC. I work with young children every day, helping them learn, grow, and get ready for school.
I started offering parent coaching because the questions parents ask me at pickup are the same ones keeping them up at night: is my child ready for kindergarten? How do I handle the tantrums? What should we actually be doing at home?
I love helping families find practical answers — no judgment, no jargon, just real strategies that work for real life.

My sessions are 45-minute video calls with parents. Practical, focused on what's actually happening in your home.
How a session works:
1. You tell me what's going on — the challenge, the behavior, the worry
2. We talk through it together using early childhood development know-how
3. You leave with 2–3 concrete strategies to try that week
My approach is play-based and developmentally appropriate — the same methods I use every day as an Early Childhood Educator. No judgment, no jargon.
