About Aghistna
I am a Fresh Graduate in Management Study Program who has had teaching experience as a Private University Lecturer Assistant in Garut City from 2018 with different fields each year. About 40 people each class and nearly 3-4 classes each year. Starting from Business Statistics courses, Business Feasibility Studies, to Research Methodology.

The teaching method that I do is, in addition to providing satisfaction for students in understanding the material, it also provides opportunities for students to express their opinions and complaints about the teaching materials being taught. This can be used as material for introspection and to improve our performance as teachers, as well as to establish closeness between the teacher and students to make it easier to find out information and how we can control and encourage students to be more interested in the material being taught.
