PRICING:
For our first proper lesson (after your first trial lesson) there will be a base fee of $26.00/hour, however, after I determine your skill level and evaluate how much tutoring I feel you require, I would be open to reevaluating. For example, if I feel as if you have grasped the material and are continuing to do so, I would be happy to decrease the hourly rate.

SESSION LIMITATIONS:
All regularly scheduled appointments are limited to a maximum of 2 hours (unless exams are coming up, in which case I will do
my best to accommodate, should the student require some last minute clarificatio) and will cost $26 hours, even if you are to leave early. After our first scheduled appointment (omitting the very first lesson that is free and used for introductions, planning an curriculum, and gauging the student’s abilities,) I charge $15 for half an hour appointments.

PRICING & PAYMENT FREQUENCY:
All payments must be made on the day of the session in cash or through Interac E-transfer. If you are interested in committing to a bundle of 3 or more lessons, the price would drastically decrease, and although you have to option to pay for the bundle the next time you come in, a deposit of $50 would be required to confirm and reserve the future time slots, which, of coursewould go towards the total cost of the bundle.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES/LAST MINUTE EMERGENCIES:
Depending on extenuating circumstances, I am more than willing to be flexible about my rates; my priority is having my student progress academically. I also provide a 10% to military personal and first responders, as long as identification is provided.

NOTE: Please prepare material related to the topic you would like to review, preferably with practice questions - as well as your teachers/professors lesson/lecture notes.


FIRST FREE LESSON AGENDA:
 In prepared for your first free lesson. I will generally spend 5 - 10 minutes initially for introductions where I will summarize my qualifications. After the student introduces theirself, should they choose to do so, we would then proceed to discuss which topics they would like to focus on in particular, at which point I will have them attempt to answer a question to the best of their ability, without providing them with any guidance, allowing me to accurately gauge their level of confidence on the topic. I will then explain the concept from the very beginning and then provide a step by step explanation on how to approach the same kind of question, which we would go through together. At this point, if the student is feeling as if I am a good fit for them, I will assign some homework with a due date. With the first meet up being an exception, should any of our regular sessions go into overtime during exam season, I would be more than happy to extend the session for another 30 minutes for an additional $15 as long as I have time to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Any cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before our scheduled session, otherwise a $20 cancellation fee would apply (unless there is proof of an unexpected situation that requires your immediate attention.)

MINORS:
Any minors under 16 years of age would require written confirmation from their legal guardian to attend both in-person and virtual sessions. I would also require an emergency contact who is not their legal guardian.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES - SESSION RECORDINGS, MOCK EXAMS, EXAM REVIEW, ETC:
I am able to record our sessions for an additional charge if the student would like to review them. Also, I am more than happy to mark any homework that I assign, although I can also design a mock exam targeting the students weak spots for an additional charge.
