I love my job as an elementary school principal, and I love working with students. Teaching students to have the skills to read before leaving elementary school is so important. I love working with students in elementary school to help them gain the skills they need to read successfully before they leave elementary school. I will analyze each student's skill level and determine the interventions they need to strengthen their reading skills. I have provided intervention for readers for the past 18 years and have trained my teachers on how to provide reading interventions to their students.
