About Eva
Hi! I'm Eva, a dancer and dance teacher based in Montreal's West Island. Dance has been part of my life since I was 3, and I now train, compete, and teach at H4L Dance Company. I completed five years in the dance program at Collège Sainte-Anne, which took me to New York for Broadway experience and ballet training, as well as to Vienna, Berlin, and Paris for classes and intensives.
Over the years, I've trained with choreographers such as Mel Charlot, Alex Francoeur, Sara Steben, Briar Nolet, and Jordan Clark, and I've been an ambassador for The Beat and Bravissimo dance competitions. I've also appeared in a choreographed video for TVA.
I'm certified in first aid as a lifeguard, so parents can feel confident their children are in safe hands. I speak French, English, and Romanian. Most of all, I love sharing my passion for dance and helping every student, from shy beginners to ambitious competitors, grow in confidence and enjoy every class!

I've been dancing since I was 3 and compete in the elite category, with podium placements, scholarships, and a Top 10 Best Dancer award at Candance. I trained for five years in a dance-study program and have taken intensives in New York (Joffrey Ballet School, Broadway Dance Center), Paris, Vienna, and Berlin. I teach ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and hip-hop to students ages 4 to 18, from complete beginners to competitive dancers.
My approach is to build strong technique while keeping classes fun and encouraging. A typical lesson starts with a warm-up and stretching, moves into technique work suited to the student's level (turns, leaps, flexibility, musicality), and ends with choreography so students can put everything together and see their progress. For younger children, I use games and imagery to teach the basics. For older or competitive dancers, I focus on precision, artistry, and performance quality.
What sets me apart is that I'm still actively competing and training with top choreographers, so I bring current techniques and real competition experience to every class. I've taught multiple groups and prepared them for shows, and I've also choreographed a competition duet that placed 2nd and won a special award. Lessons are available in English or French.
